INSTRUCTIONS: -In the comments section, please add in the specific dates you would like your room reservation. Please do not say "all Tuesdays"; We ask that you look at your calendar so that we can give out the dates you will not be using the room. -Please use one form per room. -If your parish group will be selling food (etc.), you need to submit a reservation form and choose patio or front of school for the day you are requesting. Thank you for submitting your Room Reservation Request. We will contact you in 5 business days to confirm your Room Reservation.
