| Additional Notes | I would like to reserve Room 4 for all Wednesday choir rehearsals. We don't always split into 2 groups but we most likely will have a new director for the Spanish singers who will lead rehearsal every Wednesday. That means that we will need to start splitting each week. It is not as convenient, but when someone needs the room (like a big meeting with Fr. Miguel for instance), we could hopefully use Room 7 if it's available, but we would just need to know so that we can make arrangements and get a keyboard in there, etc. We might even be able to use Room 7 each week while the group is smaller. Especially if Father would be ok with us leaving a keyboard in there. I just worry that once they are singing regularly with a director and getting better that more people will start joining. I could be wrong. The English choir often splits as well to practice men's parts in one room and women's parts in the other, so if there isn't anything else scheduled it would be helpful to use all 3 rooms on those occasions. |
