Please choose a date that is the color green from the calendar.
It is not necessary that a person attend the mass for their intention. The intention will still be prayed for even if it is during the week, please feel free to schedule an intention during the week.

Once you have chosen the date Fill out
"Intention For" (the name for whom the intention is for),
"Occasion" (what is the purpose fo the intention),
then "Add to Cart",
After that you will be allowed to request more and after you have completed, you will be able to pay. If you are going to pay in the office you are asked to do so by the next business day.
The intentions will then be approved by the parish staff.
